The Practical Access to the Quantum Field: My 4-Step Method
After years of practice and hundreds of transformed leaders, I developed a simple method that opens the door to the quantum field.
Step 1: Raise your frequency
The quantum field operates at high frequencies – stress, fear and overwhelm do not. Use the Quantum Breath: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat 5 times. This shifts your nervous system into coherence. Now, you can “hear” the field.
Step 2: Set an intention
In the quantum field, energy follows attention – and your intention is the compass. Instead of asking “How do I fix problem X?”, ask: “What is the most elegant solution that serves everyone involved?” The field responds to open, positive questions.
Step 3: Let go
The hardest step for most leaders. In the quantum field, the more you cling, the less flows. Hold your intention clearly for 17 seconds – without doubt – then let go. Trust. The field is working.
Step 4: Receive
Solutions often arrive in unexpected ways – as intuition, synchronicity or what seems like “coincidence”. Watch for sudden insights, chance encounters, unexpected calls or info that just “lands”. That’s the field in action.
