About me
I know the world of leadership from firsthand experience.
For over 14 years, I served as an executive and authorized signatory (Prokuristin) in international pharmaceutical companies—ranging from medium-sized enterprises and start-ups to corporate environments. I led major projects, managed teams, and experienced the most diverse facets of leadership.
I know the pressure of responsibility, the dynamics of change, and the challenges of complex corporate structures. I have guided corporate acquisitions, lived through restructurings, and navigated both insolvency proceedings and a buyout by a private equity fund from the front lines.
From the outside looking in, it looked like a success.
But internally, I was drifting further and further away from myself.
Until my body hit the brakes.
I tore my Achilles tendon—and shortly after, lost my leadership position. This rock bottom became my turning point. For the first time, I truly began to understand what leadership actually requires today.
Because leadership built on control, pressure, and constant performance does not drive true innovation. It disconnects people from their creativity, their intuition, and their inner power.
I began to immerse myself deeply in inner alignment, belief systems, neuroscience, and quantum physics. Through my own transformational journey and profound coaching processes, I made my personal quantum leap—into a new level of consciousness.
From this new awareness, clarity, inner freedom, ease, and entirely new possibilities suddenly emerged. Decisions no longer felt heavy; they felt aligned.
Today, I guide executives, managing directors, and visionary leaders along this exact path.
